Generation Next Fashions Limited IPO Subscription. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved a Tk 30-crore initial public offering of Generation Next Fashion Ltd. There will be 20 per cent IPO quota reserved for the small-scale investors under a compensation scheme. It will be the first time that the investors, who sustained heavy losses during the market crash in 2011, would get the IPO quota under the scheme announced by the government. The Generation Next Fashion will float 3 crore ordinary shares with a face value of Tk 10 each and repay bank loan from the IPO proceeds.
The earning per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 2.09 as on December 31, 2011.
Subscription of new generation fashion ltd will be started: September 16 and will be closed on September 20. For NRB applicants, it will remain open till September 29, 2012.
